HOW DO I KNOW IF MY HEADBAND IS PAIRED AND CONNECTED?
On an apple device, check your iPhone or iPad’s Bluetooth settings. If Muse shows up in your list of Bluetooth Devices, it has been paired. If it says “connected” and all five lights on the headband are on and solid (not flashing), you’re paired and connected. When pairing an Android, the lights on your Muse headband will continue to flash until you open the app, at which point the headband will connect and the lights will become solid (not flashing).
CAN I USE OR PAIR MY MUSE WHILE IT IS PLUGGED IN AND CHARGING?
No. Muse cannot be paired or used while it is plugged in and charging.
